Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Field Sales Executive role based in South Delhi. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying potential business opportunities, meeting prospective clients, and pitching Justdials services. Additional responsibilities include managing client relationships, preparing sales reports, achieving assigned targets, and addressing client needs to provide tailored solutions. The role requires travel within the assigned territory, along with constant coordination with the sales and operations team.
Qualifications
- Sales and Customer Relationship skills, including the ability to identify potential clients and maintain positive client relationships
- Strong Communication and Presentation abilities for pitching services and handling client interactions effectively
- Organizational and Time Management skills to achieve sales targets and manage appointments efficiently
- Basic Technical Skills, including familiarity with mobile apps, CRM software, and digital platforms
- Problem-Solving and Negotiation skills for addressing client concerns and securing agreements
- Proactive mindset with a strong focus on achieving results
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, or similar roles is preferred but not mandatory
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is advantageous
- Fluency in English and local languages is a plus
