Job Description


Key Responsibilities:

  • Build, scale, and manage Blitz & Offline sales channels for the assigned region.
  • Drive lead generation, site visits, and conversions to achieve business targets.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with brokers, developers, and local channel partners.
  • Monitor and track key performance metrics; drive initiatives to improve productivity and conversion rates.
  • Coordinate with central operations and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution and support.
  • Establish local processes for field sales, partner onboarding, and customer engagement.


Desired Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of the real estate ecosystem and local market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Data-driven approach to sales planning and performance improvement.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
  • 13 years in Modular Furniture sales / channel sales.

Experience from similar companies is priority.


Junior Sales Executive (Fixed 28,000)

Incentive: 1% up to 15 lakh 2% above (uncapped)

Performance Bonus: 5,000 (4 projects) / 8,000 (6) / 12,000 (8)

Referral Bonus: 2,000 each

Realistic : 70,000+/month
