Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Field Sales Executive to join our growing team. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for lead generation, client acquisition, and business development through direct sales and field visits. If you are target-driven and enjoy meeting clients, building relationships, and achieving sales targets, this opportunity is for you!
Location: Mumbai
Experience: 13 years in field sales / direct sales preferred
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and acquire new customers through field visits
- Present and promote company products/services to potential clients
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Conduct market research and report competitor activities
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities
Requirements
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, with excellent time management capabilities
- Ability to analyze market trends, generate leads, and strategize effectively
- Ability to travel for client meetings
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office is a plus
- Graduate in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
