Role Overview

Were looking for on-ground, high-energy Field Sales Agents who enjoy meeting people, explaining concepts, and closing deals. This is not a desk job .

What Youll Do

• Sell Precoins & home garden solutions (B2C & B2B)
• Door-to-door & society sales, events, field visits
• Pitch to RWAs, corporates, restaurants, schools
• Conduct basic home garden consultations
• Follow up via calls, WhatsApp & CRM

Earnings

• 1028% tiered commission
• High-ticket home garden deals (17,500 1,75,000)
• Unlimited earning potential

Who Should Apply

• Good communication (Hindi/English; Marathi a plus)
• Sales-driven & self-motivated
• Field-ready (two-wheeler preferred)
• Basic plant/gardening knowledge
