Role Overview:

Deliver exceptional guest service in the restaurant and F&B outlets, ensuring a seamless and memorable dining experience for all guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist guests, ensuring a warm and professional experience
• Serve food and beverages according to luxury hotel standards
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of dining areas
• Coordinate with kitchen and service team to ensure smooth operations
• Follow hygiene, safety, and service protocols
• Handle guest requests and feedback with professionalism and courtesy

Requirements:

• F candidate, 54 & above
• Minimum 12 years F&B experience in luxury hotels or premium outlets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance, grooming, and demeanor
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
