Role Description

We are looking for a Fashion Designer (Kidswear) with 15 years of experience to take end-to-end ownership of seasonal collectionsfrom concept and trend research to tech packs and production. The role involves designing commercially viable, age-appropriate collections for the 014 segment, while working across fabric sourcing, fittings, prints, and production coordination, ensuring quality, timelines, and child safety standards. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to marketing and visual direction, mentor juniors, and stay aligned with market trends and business goals.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• Bachelors degree in Fashion Design
• 15 years of design experience in apparel, preferably in kidswear, childrenswear, or fast fashion
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop; CLO 3D or Browzwear is an added advantage
• Excellent color sensibility, print aesthetic, and understanding of childrens design language by age group
• Thorough knowledge of fabric types, garment construction, and stitching techniques relevant to kidswear
• Understanding of child safety norms and international quality standards for childrens apparel
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively in a team setup
• Willingness to travel domestically as per business requirements

Location: Bangalore (Hybrid - 3 days office / 2 days remote)

Employment Type: Fashion Designer

Stipend: Up to 8,00,000 per annum (CTC, pro-rated)

Travel Required: Yes - Factory visits, trade fairs, buyer meetings, vendor sourcing

Reporting To: Design Head / Creative Director
