Katran Studio is a Jaipur-based womens wear label known for its premium embroidered ethnic and ready-to-wear collections. Our designs highlight intricate hand- and machine-embroidery, refined silhouettes, and a balance of tradition and modern elegance.

Our studio is expanding, and were looking for passionate designers to join our journey.

Role Overview:

Were seeking a Junior Fashion Designer with 45 years of experience in womens ethnic and ready-to-wear design. The candidate should have strong skills in embroidery development, surface design, pattern making, and garment construction, with the ability to create unique, scalable, and detailed designs. The role also involves engaging with clients during buyer meetups to understand design requirements and translate them into effective product solutions.

Key Skills:

• Expertise in hand & machine embroidery techniques
• Strong knowledge of pattern making & garment construction
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, and InDesign
• Familiarity with 3D design software & AI-based design tools is a plus
• Experience with a similar role is preferred
• Collaborative team player
