About the Role

We are looking for a well-presented, detail-oriented Fashion Associate to join our luxury menswear brand, RAJASAB. This role is ideal for someone who understands styling, fabric selection, menswear silhouettes, and enjoys guiding clients through a personalised, high-end tailoring experience.

This is a client-facing, on-floor role with strong focus on service excellence, product knowledge, and styling support.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients in the store with fabric selection, styling advice, and outfit coordination
• Support the sales team during consultations, trials, and fittings
• Maintain visual merchandising standards in accordance with brand guidelines
• Prepare lookbooks, swatch sets, and styling options as directed by the creative team
• Coordinate with production for order updates, alterations, and delivery timelines
• Ensure the store environment remains organised, professional, and aligned with brand standards
• Understand and communicate key product features, fabrics, fits, and tailoring processes to clients

Qualifications & Skills

• Background in fashion, styling, retail, or luxury customer service (preferred but not mandatory)
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Good understanding of menswear fits, fabrics, and styling fundamentals
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment
• Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Professional appearance and client-focused approach

Work Schedule

• Monday to Saturday - 11AM to 8PM at our Worli store
• One weekly off rotational
