What will you do?

Coordinate closely with Field Sales and Channel Partners to support deal closure

Convert confirmed orders into ERP (Sales Orders) with complete accuracy

Issue Order Confirmations and Proforma Invoices within defined timelines

Ensure correct pricing, taxes, delivery timelines, and documentation in ERP

Communicate effectively with Customer, Warehouse, Purchase, and Finance teams for order execution

Maintain structured documentation and follow-up discipline

Support data management and ERP entries with high accuracy

Assist in handling customer queries related to orders, delivery, and documentation

Contribute to process improvements in order processing and coordination

Who are you?

57 years of experience in Inside Sales / Order Processing / Sales Coordination

Experience in Engineering Components / Industrial Products preferred

Strong working knowledge of ERP systems (Microsoft NAV / Business Central / Dynamics preferred)

Comfortable handling Sales Orders, Quotations, Order Confirmations, Proforma Invoices

High attention to detail and accuracy

Strong communication and coordination skills

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and business communication

Ready to work full-time from office (Noida)
