We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant to the Founder to provide administrative, operational, and coordination support. This role requires strong communication skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Manage calendar scheduling, meetings, and appointments
• Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of the Founder
• Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing documents
• Track assignments, follow-ups, and deadlines
• Coordinate with department heads for updates and reporting
• Support travel planning and logistical arrangements
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
• Assist in strategic and operational coordination tasks
  

• Bachelors degree in Management, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Proficiency in Gen AI Tools, MS Office / Google Workspace
• Ability to multitask and work under deadlines
• High level of professionalism and discretion
