Executive Assistant

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Executive Assistant role in a Hospital set up based in New Delhi. The Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Chairman, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, preparing documents, and handling confidential information. Additional responsibilities include managing expense reports, facilitating communication among team members, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while maintaining a professional and organized workflow.

We are looking for a candidate with a Masters in Hospital and Healthcare management (MHA) with strategic thinking capabilities, and an exteremely proactive professional with good IT and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Executive Assistance and delivering high-quality Executive Support
• Exceptional Communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to interact professionally with stakeholders
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities efficiently
• Proficiency in relevant office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience working in executive or administrative roles in a hospital is an advantage
