As SNRG scales rapidly, the Founders Office is the nerve centre. We need someone who can be a strategic right hand and execution powerhousebalancing the sharpness of a business manager with the intuition of a trusted aide.

What youll own

• Act as the MDs strategic partner for planning, execution, and follow-ups on high-impact initiatives.
• Drive business operations and key projects, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
• Manage complex calendars, travel, and stakeholder communication with precision and discretion.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and business insights for decision-making.
• Be the glue between multiple worldsbusiness, operations, content, travel, and familyanticipating needs before they arise.

What were looking for

• 48 years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff, or in Operations/Strategy roles.
• An MBA or equivalent business grounding is preferred.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
• Someone grounded, fiercely organised, loyal, and comfortable wearing many hats.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
