ETL Lead (AWS/Azure)

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Engineer (ETL Lead (AWS) to design, build, and optimize data pipelines and architectures for our analytics and business intelligence needs. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in data modelling, cloud platforms (Azure & AWS), and modern data engineering practices.

Domain Knowledge: Insurance domain knowledge is a must.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines for ingesting, transforming, and loading data from multiple sources.
• Work with Azure Data Services (Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, Azure Databricks) and AWS services (S3, Redshift, Glue, Lambda).
• Optimize data storage and retrieval for performance and scalability.
• Collaborate with data analysts, data scientists, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
• Ensure data quality, security, and compliance across all data processes.
• Data testing and Unit test cases implementation.

Qualification Required:

• Hands-on experience with Azure Data Services and AWS data stack.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and Spark for data processing. ? Experience with data lake and data warehouse architectures.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for data solutions.
• Knowledge of data security, privacy regulations, and governance frameworks.
