Role Description

Organize and maintain project logs, including Correspondences, RFIs, Submittals, Specifications, and Change Plans.

Review drawings, identify deficiencies, draft scope clarifications, and ensure clear project scope understanding.

Read and interpret contract documents across disciplines (Architectural, Structural, Civil, MEP, etc.).

Perform detailed quantity takeoffs using On-Screen Takeoff (OST) or equivalent tools.

Draft, evaluate, and manage contracts for multiple trades, ensuring compliance and effective supplier/vendor relationships.

Maintain accurate records of all contract-related correspondence, documentation, extensions, renewals, and closeouts.

Analyze building model costs at square-foot/component level and compare variances across KPIs and parameters.

Develop cost indexes for different verticals and maintain cost history across project types.

Structure datasets to support predictive analytics and cost forecasting.

Prepare agendas, materials, and minutes for project meetings.

Build and maintain subcontractor/vendor database.

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Bachelors/Masters in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture.

1 4 years of experience in the construction industry (preconstruction, estimating, contract management, or analytics preferred).

Familiarity with U.S. construction standards and processes.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Professional attitude, teamwork, and customer service orientation.
