Equity Dealer

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Equity Market Making Dealer to join our proprietary trading desk with a specific focus on ETF market making. The ideal candidate will manage realtime trading, optimize inventory, and contribute to P&L through disciplined risk-taking and efficient execution strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead realtime market making in ETFs. Proficiency in Greek trading software is desirable.
• Oversee pricing models, quoting logic, and hedging strategies, ensuring optimal inventory and risk management.
• Identify and execute ETF arbitrage opportunities, including NAV/fairvalue discrepancies, basket trades, and liquidity dislocations.
• Collaborate closely with quant and tech teams to enhance automation, execution algorithms, and realtime analytics.
• Manage the desks capital, limits, and intraday risk, ensuring adherence to regulatory and internal guidelines.
• Maintain relationships with brokers, exchanges, authorized participants, and liquidity venues.
• Ensure compliance with internal risk policies, regulatory guidelines, and trade surveillance requirements.
• Contribute to desk-level strategy development, identifying new opportunities in ETFs, equity derivatives, and liquiditydriven strategies.

Qualifications

• 26 years of experience in equity or ETF market making or F&O, proprietary trading, or high-touch execution roles.
• Strong understanding of market microstructure, algo execution, and price discovery in equities/ETFs.
• Hands-on experience with order management systems (OMS), trading platforms, and exchange protocols.
• Strong quantitative aptitude; familiarity with Python, SQL, or analytics tools is a plus.
• Ability to make quick, highquality decisions under pressure.
• High level of integrity, discipline, and risk awareness.
