About the Role

The Equity Analyst will be responsible for client-facing activities, focusing on building and managing equity client relationships while offering the NDPMs Proposition.

Responsibilities

Offering Equity NDPMs Proposition

• Active Equity Client relationship building & management.
• Working with RMs to garner AUM for Direct Equity Stock Strategy.
• Demonstrate Equity knowledge and capabilities to prospects for acquiring new clients.

Portfolio Management

• Manage Equity Stock Portfolio for NDPM clients.
• Regular client interaction on portfolios, market update and new ideas.
• Independently present stock ideas, rationale to make changes in portfolio and market outlook to clients.
• Conducting portfolio reviews on a regular basis to manage portfolio as per investment mandate, timely rebalancing / repositioning.
• Generate portfolio outperformance.
• Adhere to defined investment policy framework, portfolio construct guidelines and benchmark for the portfolio.
• Manage client relationship and meet their expectations/requirements.

Internal Outlook and Ideas Knowledge

• Keeping oneself updated on InCred market view, Stock Ideas, etc.
• Regular meeting with Research Analysts, Advisors, Institutional Equity team to get inputs on various stock ideas and market outlook.
• Attend research calls to gather information and prepare oneself for client discussions.

Compliance/Internal Controls

• Ensure compliance of internal policy / applicable regulations.
• Ensure record keeping of all client interactions and advise.
• Ensure adherence to investment universe and policy of the desk.
• Ensure updated investment rationale notes available for client NDPM holdings.
• Portfolio Manager Certifications.
