Qualifications

• 0 - 1 Year Experience
• Interest in life science, clinical research and pharma
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Thrives in fast-paced settings
• Prefer experience in ATS and Recruitment tools

Education: B.Life Sciences, B.Pharmacy , B.Tech (ECE, EEE, Mechanical also), B.com , MBA (Recent grads)

Responsibilities:

• Understand job requirements clearly.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, and databases.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable profiles.
• Call candidates and check basic fit (skills, experience, availability).
• Explain job details, company info, and expectations to candidates.
• Schedule interviews with clients or hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain data in ATS (like CEIPAL).
• Build and maintain a candidate pipeline.
• Coordinate feedback, selections, and onboarding steps.
