Enterprise Sales- Training Solutions

QAI Global is looking for a high-impact Business Development professional to accelerate sales of our enterprise learning solutions across Agile, DevOps, Design Thinking, Innovation Management, Project Management, and other future-skills domains.

This role involves proactive consultative selling, new-logo acquisition, account growth and management and driving revenue across large and global enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire new enterprise accounts and drive end-to-end revenue growth
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable learning and certification solutions
• Manage, nurture, and expand relationships with key/global clients
• Build, track, and maintain a strong and qualified sales pipeline
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of learning engagements

Skills and Qualifications required

- 48 years of experience in selling training programs, learning solutions, certifications, or assessments

- Experience with enterprise clients (IT, ITES, BFSI, Telecom preferred)

- Experience collaborating with global clients; global exposure is an advantage

- Ability to take a consultative, solution-focused approach. High ownership, strong relationship-building skills and a results-driven mindset
