About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented qualified Executive Assistant (EA) to join our US Taxation team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates eager to start their career in taxation and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing and filing US federal & state tax returns
- Organize and analyze financial data for tax compliance
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Support senior tax professionals with research and administrative tasks
Qualifications
- Qualified EA (All 3 parts cleared is MUST)
- Bachelors or Masters degree in commerce, finance, accounting or related field
- Strong interest in US Taxation
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Good communication and organizational skills
