About the Role

Were looking for an Engineering Manager with strong technical depth and real AI experience to lead a team delivering enterprise-grade software across AI, middleware, UI, and cloud infrastructure. This is a hands-on technical leadership role, not a coordination role.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and delivery of a cloud-native enterprise platform
• Build and ship AI-powered capabilities (LLMs, automation, intelligent workflows)
• Manage and mentor a team of 56 engineers operating across multiple domains
• Create a strong ownership culture (engineers own build + quality end-to-end)
• Eliminate single-point dependencies and grow multi-skilled engineers
• Drive AI adoption across the engineering lifecycle to improve productivity

Qualifications

• 10+ years in software engineering with strong technical foundations
• 3+ years leading engineering teams
• Experience building and shipping enterprise SaaS or platform products
• Production experience with AI/LLM technologies (must have)
• Engineers who grew into leaders not career managers
• Ability to lead small, high-impact teams in fast-moving environments

Required Skills

• Backend / Middleware: Python, microservices, Kafka/RabbitMQ/Redis
• Frontend: React, TypeScript
• AI: Generative AI, LLM integrations, agentic workflows
• Cloud: AWS/Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD

Preferred Skills

• Developer platform or infrastructure product experience
• Startup or high-growth company background
• Identity / security domain exposure
