Location: Gachibowli, Hyderabad (work from office - 3 days/ week)


Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days


Role Overview

Salesforce Engineering Manager with experience in complex software development and support. Works closely with business and partner IT teams to understand business data, requirements, and integrations to ensure/manage stable operations and implement build new capabilities.


Responsible for end-to-end engineering governance and multi-track delivery across a strategic customer account. This role ensures predictable delivery, stakeholder alignment, production stability, team performance, and business growth while operating in a multi-vendor, service-based environment.


Experience

  • 1416 years of overall experience
  • 10+ years leading large-scale Salesforce programs
  • Proven experience managing engineering teams and enterprise stakeholders
  • Strong hands-on exposure to Salesforce solution delivery


Core Ownership Areas

Engineering Governance & Delivery

  • Own end-to-end engineering governance across multiple workstreams
  • Ensure predictable delivery, quality, and production stability
  • Translate business objectives into scalable technical architecture
  • Identify risks early and drive mitigation strategies
  • Conduct weekly/bi-weekly governance forums, MPR, and QPR reviews

Technical Leadership (Hands-on Oversight)

  • Lead high-level architecture design (current and future state)
  • Oversee development across Apex, Lightning (Aura/LWC), and integrations
  • Ensure adherence to best practices and code quality standards
  • Guide solutioning across Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Agentforce
  • Drive integration architecture using REST APIs and MuleSoft

People & Account Leadership

  • Conduct 1:1s, performance reviews, and growth planning
  • Identify skill gaps and drive targeted upskilling
  • Manage hiring, onboarding, backfills, and succession planning
  • Address customer feedback on delivery and team performance
  • Drive innovation initiatives across AI and automation
  • Identify account expansion opportunities

  • Strong troubleshooting and production support expertise


Good to Have

  • SCRUM, PD2, or Architect certifications
  • Exposure to Snowflake, Data Management, Tableau Analytics
  • Experience with managed packages and AppExchange tools
