Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and grow engineers, fostering strong technical standards and execution discipline
Advanced proficiency in backend technologies, with deep hands-on expertise in Java, Python, and relational data systems
Strong domain knowledge of enterprise sales and finance systems, including CRM platforms, ERP solutions, billing and payment systems, and configurepricequote tooling
