Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Hyderabad, with flexibility for remote work. As an Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for leading an engineering team, overseeing software development processes, and managing project timelines and deliverables. You will coordinate team efforts, ensure smooth project integration, and drive the delivery of high-quality software solutions. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and providing mentorship to engineers will also be key components of this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in Engineering Management and Team Leadership, with a proven ability to guide and motivate teams.
• Strong background in Software Development, including coding practices, architectural design, and problem-solving.
• Proficiency in Project Management, with skills in planning, scheduling, and delivering projects on time and within scope.
• Knowledge of Integration processes to ensure seamless collaboration between various systems and teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage team dynamics and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
• Experience with AI, automation technologies, or cloud platforms is a plus.
• Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required.
