We are looking for a hands-on Engineering Lead / Staff / Principal Engineer / Architect to drive the design, architecture, and delivery of large-scale systems. This role combines deep technical expertise with leadership, where you will work closely with engineering teams, product leaders, and stakeholders to build reliable and scalable software platforms.

This position is ideal for senior engineers who want to stay technically hands-on while influencing architecture, engineering standards, and technical strategy across teams.

• Strong programming expertise in Python- Django
• Experience building highly scalable distributed systems and microservices architectures.
• Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure).
• Hands-on experience with system design, architecture patterns, and performance optimization.
• Experience with databases, messaging systems, and event-driven architectures.
• Deep understanding of software engineering best practices, CI/CD, testing, and DevOps principles.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture and design of large-scale distributed systems and platforms.
• Drive technical strategy and architectural decisions across multiple engineering teams.

• Lead complex technical initiatives such as platform modernization, cloud migrations, or system redesigns.
• Collaborate with DevOps and infrastructure teams to ensure best practices in CI/CD, observability, and security.
• Participate in technical hiring, architecture reviews, and engineering strategy discussions.
