Civil Engineer – Facility Operations

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee civil maintenance and operations for building structures, interiors, and external infrastructure.
• Conduct routine inspections of civil works including flooring, masonry, plastering, painting, carpentry, false ceiling, waterproofing, and façade maintenance.
• Ensure preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance schedules are executed as per standards.
• Monitor upkeep of common areas, pavements, driveways, stormwater drains, and landscaping-related civil structures.
• Handle vendor management, including scope finalization, work order issuance, supervision, and quality assurance of civil contractors.
• Review and approve material submittals for civil works to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Manage repair and restoration works (structural cracks, seepage, leakages, dampness, tile/stone replacements).
• Ensure statutory compliance for building safety, façade cleaning, fire exits, and related civil aspects.
• Prepare budgets and cost estimates for civil repair/renovation projects.
• Maintain records of inspection, maintenance logs, and work completion reports.
• Support facility operations team during audits, client inspections, and handover processes.
• Coordinate with MEP teams for civil interface activities.
• Implement energy- and resource-efficient practices in civil operations.

Ensure health, safety, and environmental standards are followed at site.
