•            Sales order processing, 

•            Delivery dates management.

•            Co-ordination with Planning and manufacturing for on time delivery of the items.

•            Periodic order re-conciliation ,payment follow up.

•            Demand management.

•            Analysis of forecast variances.

•            Ensuring data accuracy of prices / terms.

•            Customer relationship management.

•            Ensuring the compliance of customer specific requirements.

•            Updating the weekly orders and schedules from customers in system.

•            Monitoring demand fluctuations and communicating with customers regularly.

•            Meeting the customer requirements by  giving the weekly production plan on time to production.

•            Updating customers regularly on the dispatches and issues.
