Role Description

• The ideal candidate will have a strong python understanding along with spark.
• The candidate will be responsible for developing efficient code, working with Hadoop architecture, and utilizing various big data tools, with a strong emphasis on PySpark.

Your key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain efficient Python code.
• Work with Hadoop architecture and big data technologies such as PySpark.
• Write and optimize SQL queries for data retrieval and manipulation.
• Utilize ServiceNow tools for IT service management.
• Develop and integrate REST APIs.
• Monitor and debug the codebase to ensure high performance and reliability.
• Use TeamCity for continuous integration and delivery.
• Deliver bug-free code within given timelines.

Your skills and experience

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Python programming, PySpark and SQL.
• Experience with Hadoop architecture and big data tools.
• Experience with developing and integrating REST APIs and ServiceNow tools.
• Experience in monitoring and debugging codebases.
• Familiarity with Fabric OpenShift environments.

Soft Skills:

• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in Python development.
