End User Computing Quality Assurance Intermediate Analyst, C11

Responsibilities:

• Role requires In-depth knowledge of EUC Policy, Standards and procedures along with the guides published by the enterprise team.
• On a day to day basis, the employee is required to perform Quality assurance review for different EUC controls on a monthly duration which is a time bound activity.
• Good communication and partnership with different stakeholders e.g. Finance team, Enterprise team & EUC owners/Process owners, BISO, etc.
• Good understanding of Excel and Sharepoint knowledge.
• Provide guidance/training on different EUC controls to the EUC owners and identify root cause analysis for Quality assurance failures for EUC.
• Good understanding and applicability of Decision tree, Risk assessment questionnaire, File level controls, etc. for controllers managed segment.

Education & Skills:

• At least 5-6 years relevant experience

• Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experience
• Deep EUC understanding
• Strong communication – both written and verbal
• Fluent business English
• Comfortable working in a global team, great team player
• Proven track record of problem solving independently
