We are looking for a dynamic Electrical & Instrumentation Engineer to join our growing team.

This is not a desk job its an opportunity to travel across India and globally , work directly with customers, and commission cutting-edge monitoring systems in real industrial environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Commission advanced monitoring systems at customer sites in India and abroad
• Handle sensors, cabling, and instrumentation setup
• Supervise installations and ensure flawless execution
• Translate customer needs into clear technical requirements
• Plan and execute projects with precision and ownership
• Develop web dashboards and user interfaces
• Support technical sales activities during site visits and customer interactions
• Explain DALOG solutions, system benefits, and value propositions to customers from a technical perspective
• Provide technical inputs for proposals, system scope, and solution discussions
• Support pre-sales discussions by sharing site insights, application feasibility, and customer requirements with the sales team

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Electrical, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, Mechanical or related fields
• 24 years of relevant experience (industrial sector preferred)
• Ability to work independently with strong self-organization and responsibility
• Confident in interacting with customers at all levels (field team to top management)
• Fluency in English and Hindi
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Hands-on experience with sensors, cabling, and instrumentation
• Proficient in MS PowerPoint and Excel for reporting and documentation
• Willingness to travel frequently across India and internationally
• Experience in commissioning, service engineering, or customer technical support is a strong plus
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability and interest to support technical sales activities alongside commissioning and service work
