Electrical Engineer - Solar Assistant Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kohima Sadar for a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Electrical Engineer to serve as a Solar Assistant Manager. The individual will design, plan, and oversee electrical systems and power solutions for solar projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating detailed electrical designs, evaluating power distribution systems, troubleshooting electrical challenges, collaborating with project teams, and ensuring compliance with relevant safety and quality standards. The role also involves guiding project installations and optimizations within the renewable energy space.

Qualifications

• Competence in Electrical Design and Electrical Engineering
• Knowledge of Electricity and Power Systems
• Expertise in Power Distribution and related processes
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
• Experience in renewable energy systems or solar energy is a plus
• Proficiency in industry standards, codes, and compliance requirements
