Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Designer with strong expertise in AVEVA E3D for offshore Oil & Gas projects. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in skid-based or model-based design environments and a proven track record of delivering at least three completed offshore projects using E3D. Experience with alternative tools such as SP3D or PDMS will not be considered.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Proven hands-on experience with AVEVA E3D (no alternative tools such as SP3D or PDMS will be accepted)
• Mandatory experience in Offshore Oil & Gas projects
• Onshore Oil & Gas experience may be considered to a limited extent
• Experience in skid-based or model-based project execution
• Minimum 3 successfully completed projects with the above exposure
• Strong understanding of offshore design standards and industry practices

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed electrical 3D models using AVEVA E3D
• Design and model:
• Cable trays and routing
• Equipment layouts
• Lighting systems
• Earthing & grounding systems
• Junction boxes and panels
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (Mechanical, Piping, Instrumentation, Structural)
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, client standards, and offshore regulations
• Review and resolve model clashes
• Support engineering deliverables including layout drawings and material take-offs (MTO)
• Participate in model reviews and project meetings

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in engineering and related field.
