The offering portfolio helps clients transform their business by architecting organizational intelligence programs and differentiated strategies to win in their chosen markets.
AI & Data will work with our clients to:
Implement large-scale data ecosystems including data management, governance and the integration of structured and unstructured data to generate insights leveraging cloud-based platforms
Leverage automation, cognitive and science-based techniques to manage data, predict scenarios and prescribe actions
Drive operational efficiency by maintaining their data ecosystems, sourcing analytics expertise and providing As-a-Service offerings for continuous insights and improvements
Informatica Power Center
The position is suited for individuals who have the ability to work in a constantly challenging environment and deliver effectively and efficiently. The individual will need to be adaptive and able to react quickly to changing business needs.
Work youll do
Informatica Power Center Developer:
The ETL Developer / Designer will be responsible for Design & development of Informatica Power Center framework & Mappings.
Create test scripts and execute the unit, module and system test for data warehouse ETL processes and the resulting data contents.
Qualifications
Required:
Education: Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science / MCA / M.Sc / MBA
3-6 years of experience in implementation of Data-warehouse/BI solutions
Skill Proficiency level Experience
Informatica Power Center Expert 2-4yrs
DW / BI Expert 2-4yrs
SQL Expert 2-4yrs
Unix / Shell Scripting Expert 2-4yrs
Scheduling Tools (Tivoli , Autosys etc) Intermediate 2yr
Data Modeling Beginner 0-6 months
Preferred:
Should have strong problem solving and analytical capabilities.
Should be well versed with Data-warehousing concepts.
Should have development experience using Informatica Power Center
Should have worked in atleast one RDBMS like Oracle, Teradata, SQL Server, DB2.
Shell scripting in Linux/Unix environment is mandatory.
Performance Improvement skills on Informatica / RDBMS is desirable.
Should have participated in different kinds of testing like Unit Testing, System Testing, User Acceptance Testing.
Should have participated in atleast 1 end-to-end implementation of Data-warehouse/BI solutions
Should be able to understand both ER and Dimensional models
Should be well versed with understanding of design documents like HLD, LLD etc.
Should be self-starter in solution implementation with inputs from design documents.
Preferable to have experience to automation and scheduling tools.
Candidate should possess good communication skills. Should have experience to work in onshore/offshore delivery model.
