Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience
  • Experience in training institutes, schools, skilling centers, or educational programs
  • Proven experience leading teams and managing programs


About the Role

Akshadhaa Foundation is seeking a dynamic Education Program Leader / Supervisor to lead the digital skilling initiative empowering neurodiverse individuals through IT, digital media, and vocational training pathways.

The role involves program management, curriculum oversight, team leadership, and partnership coordination to ensure high-quality training delivery and employment readiness for neurodiverse learners.

Key Responsibilities

Program Leadership

  • Lead implementation of digital skilling and vocational training programs.
  • Design and refine curriculum in IT, digital media, graphics, printing, and employability training.
  • Ensure structured and inclusive learning methods suitable for neurodiverse learners.

Team Management

  • Supervise trainers, educators, and program staff.
  • Conduct regular team reviews and performance tracking.
  • Foster collaboration, professional development, and strong team culture.

Program Operations

  • Oversee training schedules, student progress tracking, and course delivery.
  • Maintain quality standards in program execution and documentation.
  • Coordinate internships, project assignments, and skill certification processes.

Partnerships & Industry Engagement

  • Build partnerships with companies, training institutes, and NGOs.
  • Facilitate internship opportunities and industry exposure.
  • Support CSR collaborations and stakeholder engagement.

Monitoring & Impact

  • Track program KPIs including skill acquisition, training completion, and employment outcomes.
  • Maintain trainee database, training records, and progress reports.
  • Contribute to impact documentation, success stories, and reporting.
