Edtech Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Edtech Sales Executive (For School Customers) to promote and sell our AI Ready School solution to schools. The role involves visiting schools, engaging with decision-makers, generating leads, and converting prospective schools into long-term clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit schools regularly to introduce and demonstrate the AI Ready School product
• Identify and generate prospective leads and convert them into clients
• Build strong relationships with school principals, management, and administrators
• Present product features, benefits, and value propositions clearly to schools
• Understand school requirements and offer suitable solutions
• Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals
• Maintain accurate records of school visits, leads, and follow-ups
• Coordinate with internal teams for onboarding and post-sales support
• Stay updated on education trends and competitor offerings

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Education / Business preferred)
• 2 years of experience in school sales / education sales / EdTech sales
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Ability to build trust and rapport with school stakeholders
• Willingness to travel locally and visit schools regularly
• Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset
• Basic knowledge of AI, technology, or digital solutions (preferred)

Preferred Experience:

• Experience with EdTech, school ERP, LMS, or education solutions
• Understanding of school decision-making processes
