E-commerce Operations Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented E-commerce Operations Executive to support the day-to-day operational activities of our business.

This role focuses on order processing, logistics coordination, inventory tracking, and operational reporting. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, comfortable working with Excel / Google Sheets, and able to coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and shipping partners to ensure smooth operations.

This is an execution-focused role, best suited for someone with prior exposure to e-commerce operations, logistics, or inventory management who enjoys working with data and operational processes.

• Track daily orders across website and marketplace platforms
• Coordinate with the warehouse team for order packing and dispatch
• Monitor order delivery status and escalate delays or issues

• Coordinate with courier partners and shipping aggregators
• Track shipments and manage delivery or RTO-related issues
• Ensure smooth order fulfillment and dispatch operations

• Maintain inventory trackers using Excel / Google Sheets
• Monitor stock levels and notify the team about low inventory
• Support inventory planning by sharing sales and stock data

• Coordinate with manufacturers or suppliers regarding dispatch timelines
• Track incoming inventory and update internal records

• Maintain operational trackers for orders, shipments, and inventory
• Generate basic reports related to sales, stock levels, and fulfillment

• Coordinate with the accounting team for order-related data and reconciliation
• Work with internal teams to ensure smooth operational processes

• 25 years of experience in operations, logistics, or e-commerce fulfillment
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Good English communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks

• Exposure to Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, or Shopify
• Familiarity with shipping aggregators such as Shiprocket or Delhivery
• Basic understanding of inventory tracking or order management systems
