Vasa Indica is a premium multi-brand fashion retailer curating contemporary Indian designers and new-age luxury labels. As we launch our new ecommerce platform, were looking for someone to help build and scale our online retail experience.

Role Overview

Were hiring an E-commerce Merchandiser who will manage product onboarding, website hygiene, catalog accuracy, and merchandising strategy across our upcoming website.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain website hygiene: product details, pricing, categorisation, and visual consistency
• Upload and activate products with complete data & imagery
• Onboard new designer brands suited to our premium aesthetic
• Curate collections, support homepage updates & merchandising campaigns
• Coordinate with designers, warehouse, and internal teams for smooth operations
• Track inventory accuracy and product performance

What Were Looking For

• Experience with multi-brand retail, designer marketplaces, or premium ecommerce
• Strong understanding of online merchandising & catalog management on Shopify
• Detail-oriented, organised, and able to manage fast-moving workflows
• A refined fashion sense aligned with an upmarket brand
