Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site E-Commerce Manager role located in Bengaluru. The E-Commerce Manager will be tasked with managing online platforms, optimizing product listings, analyzing sales data, and implementing strategies to boost online revenue. Additional responsibilities include coordinating with marketing teams to execute campaigns, monitoring customer experience, improving website functionality, and managing vendor relationships to ensure the smooth operation of online sales channels.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in E-commerce management, product catalog management, and online store optimization
• Experience in data analysis, performance monitoring, and reporting for e-commerce platforms
• Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, campaign management, and SEO optimization
• Excellent communication, collaboration skills, and vendor management experience
• Ability to implement strategies to enhance customer experience and increase sales
• Analytical thinking, organizational skills, and attention to detail
• Proficiency in e-commerce tools and platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage.
