Ecommerce Manager

We are looking for a versatile and detail-oriented E-commerce Manager to join our dynamic team at Early Sunday. This multi-faceted role will combine e-commerce management, client relations, exhibition support, and graphic design.

The ideal candidate should possess strong organisational skills, creativity, and excellent interpersonal abilities to contribute to the growth of our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

E-commerce Management:

• Upload and manage products on Shopify and other sales platforms.
• Ensure accurate product descriptions, pricing, and visuals.
• Regularly update inventory and monitor website functionality.

Client Relations:

• Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Assist with order follow-ups, ensuring seamless communication and client satisfaction.
• Develop and nurture relationships with clients, offering personalised support.

Graphic Design:

• Help create visually appealing marketing materials, including banners, social media posts, and promotional designs.
• Collaborate on design projects for exhibitions and events.

Exhibition Support:

• Assist in planning and setting up exhibitions, ensuring smooth execution.
• Represent the brand at events, engaging with clients and maintaining a professional image.

Administrative Tasks:

• Coordinate follow-ups with vendors, suppliers, and partners to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain organised records of tasks, client communications, and design projects.

What Were Looking For:

• Proficiency in Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms.
• Basic graphic design skills; familiarity with tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
• An interest in fashion, luxury, or sustainability is desirable.

Qualifications:

• UG: Any Graduate in any specialisation.
• PG: Any Postgraduate in any specialisation (preferred but not mandatory).
