Role: Dynatrace Admin

Exp : 5 to 10 Years

Location : Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Indore

Role and Responsibilty.

Minimum 5 mandate details are mandate with two or 3 liners

1. Strong hands-on experience with Dynatrace (APM).

2. Proven ability to onboard and configure applications for monitoring and log ingestion.

3. Experience building and managing dashboards, visualizations, and KPIs.

4. Knowledge of OpenTelemetry (OTel) standards, collectors, and instrumentation.

5. Strong understanding of observability concepts (logs, metrics, traces).

6. Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Good to Have:

Minimum 2 mandate details are mandate with two or 3 liners

Experience with AIOps practices and event correlation.
Familiarity with other observability tools ( Prometheus, Grafana).
Onboard new and existing applications into Splunk or Dynatrace observability platforms.
Configure, deploy, and manage OpenTelemetry collectors and agents for metrics, logs, and traces.
Build dashboards, visualizations, and reports to provide actionable insights for applicationhealth.
Define and implement alerting and monitoring strategies to support reliability and performance.
Collaborate with application, DevOps, and central monitoring teams to ensure complete observability coverage.
Perform root cause analysis and troubleshoot monitoring gaps.
Document onboarding processes, monitoring standards, and operational runbooks.
