Dynamics 365 F&O Support Engineer

We are seeking a proactive Dynamics 365 F&O Support Engineer to ensure the stability and efficiency of our enterprise ecosystem. You will serve as the primary point of contact for resolving complex functional and technical issues across Finance and Supply Chain modules.

Key Responsibilities

• Incident Management: Deliver L2/L3 support, performing root cause analysis to resolve application bottlenecks and service requests.
• System Oversight: Monitor batch jobs, data flows, and integrations (DMF/APIs) to maintain high system availability.
• Operational Support: Assist with critical financial periods (month-end close), security role configurations, and data corrections.
• Continuous Improvement: Coordinate with Microsoft and external partners to implement permanent fixes and maintain internal SOPs.

Your Profile

• Experience: 26 years specializing in D365 F&O support.
• Technical Savvy: Proficient in Lifecycle Services (LCS), SQL for data validation, and workflow troubleshooting.
• Domain Knowledge: Strong grasp of core Finance or SCM business processes.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills for bridging the gap between technical teams and business users.
• Bonus Points: Basic X++ debugging skills or experience with Power Platform and Azure DevOps.
