Role Summary

We are seeking a Dynamics 365 Team Lead to manage and grow a high-performing team delivering secure, scalable Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions. This role combines technical leadership with people management, ensuring alignment with Northern Trust’s strategic objectives and cultural behaviors.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Dynamics 365 developers, administrators, and specialists in India.
• Manage delivery of Dynamics 365 solutions, including customization, integration, deployment, and support.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
• Ensure compliance, security, and governance across Dynamics 365 environments.
• Drive automation and continuous improvements through Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
• Oversee Agile delivery, release management, and environment lifecycle.

Knowledge / Skills

• Strong leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 (CRM, Customer Service, Sales) and Power Platform.
• ​Strong understanding of Azure cloud services.
• Hands-on experience in solution architecture, system integration, and environment governance.

• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, DevOps, and SDLC best practices.
• Excellent communication skills; ability to work with both technical and non-technical audiences.

Experience

• Minimum 12 years of IT experience, with at least 8 years leading Dynamics 365 delivery teams.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale Dynamics 365 implementations.

Preferred Certifications

• Microsoft PL-600 (Power Platform Solution Architect)
• Microsoft PL-400 (Power Platform Developer)
• Microsoft MB-230 (Dynamics 365 Customer Service)
