Job Title: Dynamics 365 CRM Developer

Job Summary

We are seeking a Dynamics 365 CRM Developer with strong experience in customizing, configuring, and extending Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions. The ideal candidate will design and develop integrations using SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services) with tools such as KingswaySoft to enable seamless data flow between Dynamics 365 and external systems.

Key Responsibilities

Dynamics 365 CRM

• Design, develop, and implement customizations in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM .
• Configure entities, workflows, business rules, forms, views, dashboards, and security roles.
• Build plug-ins, custom workflows, and integrations using the Dynamics 365 SDK .
• Support ongoing system enhancements, upgrades, and performance optimizations.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Perform unit testing and support UAT, bug fixes, and deployments to production.

Data Integration & ETL SSIS / KingswaySoft

• Design and develop ETL processes using SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services) .
• Leverage KingswaySoft Integration Toolkit for data integration between Dynamics 365 and external systems (e.g., ERP, data warehouses, third-party applications).
• Implement batch data migration strategies, incremental loads, and error handling frameworks.
• Monitor, optimize, and support data pipelines and ensure high data quality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues proactively.

Technical Documentation & Support

• Create technical design documents, mapping specifications, and deployment guides.
• Provide production support, performance tuning, and operational documentation.
• Partner with cross-functional teams for solution design, testing, and delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills

• Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) configuration and customization.
• Strong experience with SSIS and ETL development .
• Hands-on experience with KingswaySoft (SSIS integration toolkit for CRM)
