JOB DESCRIPTION:

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design, deploy, and maintain knowledge-driven chatbots using DRUID or similar platforms on Azure
• Optimize chatbot performance, accuracy, and user experience
• Integrate knowledge base management and retrieval techniques
• Collaborate with teams to drive chatbot innovation

Must-Have Skills:

• DRUID Certified Developer
• Experience with Azure
• NLP and Machine Learning concepts
• Knowledge of semantic search and vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS)
• Proficiency in APIs and chatbot development lifecycle
• Understanding of dialogue management and conversation design

Minimum Qualification:

15 years of Full-time education
