Domain Trainee- Reinsurance

Reinsurance contract administration - setting up the reinsurance contract in the legacy system (Treaty and FAC)

Ceded premium/loss processing - calculating and booking of ceded premiums and losses in the legacy system. Good knowledge in the reinsurance calculation of proportional/ non-proportional contracts

Reinsurance balance payable and receivable -handling reinsurance payments and collections

Creating Reinsurance journals, handling accounting transactions and performing general ledger reconciliations

Review and preparation of reinsurance bordereau

Financial reporting

Commerce Graduation/Post Graduation

Prior team leading experience for Band 4A and above level.

Proven experience within Re-Insurance domain preferably underwriting Assistance

Solid organizational, problem solving, and inter-personal skills
