Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

Must-Have**

(Ideally should not be more than 3-5)

-       Experience of working in various activities of EPC such as engineering, Procurement, fabrication, project management, O&M

-       Experience of working on engineering design tools (Hexagon, Aveva suite, Revit, Tekla,), EPC project management & Control software (e.g., Primavera P6, Procore, Aconex, EcoSys)

-       Experience of working on Digital transformation initiative for EPC activities using technologies such as BIM, GenAI based Engineering Process Automation, IoT, Digital Twin, Robotics, Drones, Computer Vision, AI/ML

-       Strategic thinking , Problem-solving mindset, good communication and presentation skills, Project management experience

Good-to-Have

-       Experience of administration/ customization of engineering design tools (Hexagon, Aveva suite, AutoCAD, Revit, Tekla), EPC project management & Control software (such as Primavera P6, Aconex, EcoSys)

-       Experience of managing digital transformation program for EPC company or EPC company as a customer

This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams of customer (Business, IT)/ TCS (Subunits, CoEs, ISU, CTO) to conceive Point of view/ solutions that enhance capital project delivery and sustainability with focus on business outcome using digital technologies
