> Perform advanced troubleshooting to handle technical issues related to the Citrix systems, diagnosis and resolve problems.
> Responsible for leading on Citrix design, including performance monitoring, tuning, scripting, upgrades, and maintenance of production systems.
> Optimizing performance and scalability of infrastructure.
