Edison Smart is partnered with a global technology organisation scaling its engineering leadership in Bengaluru. They are hiring a Director of Software Engineering to lead and grow a high-performing software engineering organisation responsible for delivering quality, scalable software across key product domains.

The ideal candidate would have a background in:

• Leading and scaling multi-disciplinary software engineering teams.
• Driving delivery of high-quality, robust software across cloud, embedded, and application domains.
• Setting technical direction and owning engineering execution with strong architectural vision.
• Working closely with product, architecture, quality, and operations teams to deliver on business and customer requirements.
• Coaching and developing senior engineers and engineering managers into future leaders.
• Fostering a culture of engineering excellence, continuous improvement, and high performance.

This role is on-site in Bengaluru, India at Director / executive engineering leadership level.
