As a part of the Corporate Treasury team, the Director of Global Treasury Operations leads the Global Business Services transformation initiative for Treasury, the strategy for treasury functions within the global operating model and the delivery of treasury process and services.  It is a unique opportunity to be an integral member of a global corporate finance organization, and a leader of a high performing, international team of finance professionals. Typical internal customers include the Vice President & Corporate Treasurer, Assistant Treasurers, Regional Treasurers, Global Business Services leaders and global business unit leaders


What You Will Do:

  • Provide leadership and vision to diverse and high performing Treasury Services team
  • Establish and maintain appropriate treasury policies
  • Lead the delivery of treasury processes and projects in India, Mexico and the U.S.
  • Partner with the business to drive and manage operational excellence and continuous improvement of processes
  • Lead continuous improvement projects for the Treasury Services Tower to simplify and standardize the processes under management. Implement best in class reporting processes through standardization, automation and a streamlined reporting structure
  • Ensure all Sarbanes-Oxley, SEC, and other external and internal controls and reporting requirements are fulfilled
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal & external business partners, including key stakeholders and service providers

What You Will Bring (Skills & Experience):

  • Expert level knowledge of planning techniques and ability to contribute to operational (short-term), tactical (1-2 years) and strategic (3-5 years) planning in support of the overall business plan 
  • Expert knowledge in organizational leadership and leading diverse teams
  • Extensive customer and market focus
  • Expert knowledge in financial markets, specifically the knowledge of products, competitors, customer base, major issues and regulatory considerations as well as the ability to apply financial market knowledge to various business environments.
  • Expert knowledge in treasury operations principles and methodologies
  • Expert knowledge in the principles and methods of managing treasury, ability to utilize these tools and techniques to maximize the value of an organization’s financial assets and revenue while minimizing risk
  • Extensive experience in techniques and tools that promote effective analysis; ability to determine the root cause of organizational problems and create alternative solutions that bring about resolutions

Top Candidate Will Also Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, insurance or business administration
  • Experience in finance transformation
  • Strong analytical and communication skills as well as personal computer expertise
  • Demonstrate initiative, leadership, judgment, and decision-making skills 
  • The ability to prioritize workflow and accomplish tasks across the organization through collaboration and delegation
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain strong working relationships with internal and external partners
  • Demonstrated commitment to ensuring a strong compliance culture (organization, policies and procedures) highly desired
  • Proven track record of demonstrating courage and emotional intelligence, including a high level of responsibility, initiative and stress tolerance
     

Additional Details:

  • This position can be located at Peoria, IL; Nashville, TN; Dallas, TX; Bangalore, India; Geneva, Switzerland; Luxembourg, or Singapore
  • Domestic relocation is available for those who qualify

  • Flexible work environment with hybrid approach of both in-person and online work.
