Role Overview :

Swamy Constructions is looking for Diploma Civil Engineers who are willing to work on project sites across India. The role involves on-site execution, coordination, and basic supervision of civil works.

This is a field role, suitable for candidates who are hands-on and ready to learn on live construction projects.

Key Responsibilities :

Assist in execution of civil works at construction sites

Supervise daily site activities and labour work

Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and vendors

Ensure work is carried out as per drawings and instructions

Maintain basic site records (work progress, materials, measurements)

Follow safety and quality standards at site

Report daily progress to the site in-charge / project manager

Language Requirements :

Kannada, Hindi, English & Telugu

Candidate Requirements :

Diploma in Civil Engineering (mandatory)

Freshers or candidates with 03 years of site experience can apply

Willingness to work anywhere in India and stay at project locations

Basic understanding of civil construction activities

Ability to work on-site under deadlines and instructions

Honest, disciplined, and physically fit for site work

Skills Preferred :

Basic knowledge of RCC, masonry, finishing works

Ability to read basic drawings

Good coordination and communication skills

Willingness to learn and grow within the company
