Job Description: Industrial Digital Twin Lead

Position Overview and Key Responsibilities

The Digital Twin Leader will play a pivotal role in driving the adoption and implementation of digital twin solutions across industrial sectors. This individual will lead cross-functional teams to deliver innovative Industrial IoT and digital twin offerings that align with client needs, focusing on maximizing business outcomes and accelerating deal conversions.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate collaboration with Client Partners and Business Relationship Managers to close deals and accelerate conversion cycles.
• Develop and deliver compelling value propositions to CXO-level stakeholders, highlighting the strategic benefits of AI powered digital twin solutions.
• Map Industrial IoT offerings to address the latent needs of customers, ensuring solutions are tailored for maximum impact.
• Work closely with solution team to prepare and present outcome maps that clearly define the path to ROI for clients.
• Support customers in preparing budgets, even within unbudgeted environments, to enable successful solution adoption.
• Should work as a functional SME to support data science and technology team to build & enhance solutions

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelors degree in engineering (BE) is required; MBA is preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years experience in solution selling, with a strong track record in industrial sectors.
• Deep understanding of processes and value chains in one or more of the following verticals: Metals, Oil & Gas, Chemicals, Pharma, Discrete Manufacturing, Cement, Mining
• Should have a good understanding of reliability centric maintenance or process optimization. Preferably both.
• Background in industrial automation & industrial software (especially industrial analytics) is preferred.
• Should have a good understanding of industrial operations & maintenance & applicability of lean six sigma initiatives

Ideal candidates will have to demonstrate strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to engage stakeholders at multiple levels to drive digital transformation initiatives. Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential for success in this role.
